Work done properly the first time
CBM Decorators is Connor's painting and decorating business, based in Redruth and working across Cornwall. Homes first, then commercial premises, landlords' properties and industrial units. Most of our jobs are on the Camborne and Redruth side of the county, along the north coast, around St Ives Bay, and in Truro, Falmouth, Helston and Penzance.
The short version of how we work: preparation before paint, dust sheets before furniture, and the site left tidy at the end of every day. A lot of our customers come back: several of the reviews on this site are from people on their second or third job with us.

What we do
Every job starts with the preparation

Interior painting & decorating
Walls, ceilings, woodwork and staircases, prepared properly and finished cleanly, in homes that are still being lived in.

Exterior painting
Render, masonry, timber, windows and doors, prepared and coated to stand up to salt air, driving rain and a lot of wind.
- 03
Wallpapering
Feature walls, full rooms, murals and heavier papers, hung on walls that were lined and prepared to take them. Old paper stripped and made good.

Landlord & letting redecoration
Redecoration between tenancies, rolling programmes across several properties, and holiday-let changeovers, planned around tenants and bookings.

Commercial decorating
Shops, offices, pubs, cafes, hotels and holiday lets, decorated around your opening hours and changeover days rather than across them.
- 06
Industrial coatings
Workshops, warehouses and units, steelwork, doors and floors, prepared and coated to what the surface and the specification actually need.
